Definition
Stewardship at Joy! Lutheran Church is the giving of my time, talent and treasure (T3) with an attitude of gratitude to God.

Purpose
The Stewardship Team at Joy! Lutheran Church exists to assist the congregation in utilizing the Biblical principles of whole life stewardship.

Methodology
Stewardship methodology at Joy! includes the following four areas:

1. Educate to help us better understand what stewardship is in a broad sense and what does God expect our attitude to be towards stewardship?
   
2. Ask for commitments of time, talents, and treasures during an annual appeal and on an ongoing basis in support of the ministries at Joy!
   
3. Commit our time, talent and treasures
   
4. Thank everyone for their support
   

Your Joy! Stewardship team:
The Team is made up of members who are not responsible for the financial management of the congregation, but are passionate about growing Christian stewards and extending mission.
